- Get lots of fast break opportunities
- Get James Harden to score 30 points or more
- Stop the Pistons from shooting 3's

Rockets vs. Pistons
Last game the Rockets lost to the Grizzlies 93-85. Honestly, I think they could have beaten them. They followed all of my keys, but one, which was to get James Harden scoring. He only had 18 points on 4 of 18 shots made. Every game he has scored 30 points or more, the Rockets have won. One of my keys, were to get second chance rebounds, which they did. My other key was to stop Zach Randolph from posting up, which they did. Here are my keys for tonight's game.

I agree they could have beaten the Grizzlies -- the H team is still finding its identity and when it does, it will play more consistently.
ReplyDeleteThe team certainly followed your keys against the Pistons! Tough next game against the Miami Heat. I am curious what you see to be the keys to that game.
My biggest key: "Hope Lebron decides to take the day off to nurse his ankles, because Lin is going to break them anyways"
Very nice blog Justin. I am interested in your keys for the Heat. Ptpete3's is a little suspect. I'm not sure that Lin will be doing much to LeBaby but I hope he rebounds well from their last meeting regardless.
ReplyDeleteI was at the Piston's game on Saturday by the way. The Rockets looked pretty solid though I wish Jlin would shoot better and the Beard turn it over less.
Keep up the good work with this!
